Mr. Pol Le Roux is Vice President Sales and Marketing of the Company. He joined Lynas in October 2010 as Vice President Sales Marketing. Prior to joining Lynas, Pol worked for Rhodia as Diphenol Global Strategic Business Unit Director based in China. He managed all operations worldwide of Rhodia Diphenols businesses, its RD programs and he was accountable for cash generation, CFROI and business growth sustainability. During this period, strong cash flow was generated in spite of the global financial crisis, and heavy restructuring was undertaken along with implementing a costcompetitive plan for the subsequent three years. Pol also held various other positions in Rhodia RhonePoulenc in different sectors including Automotive, Plastics, Chemicals and Electronics and based in various countries including Mexico, Korea, China and Europe. since 2010.
