From 1987 to 1999, Mr. Ray was a Managing Director and Global Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank and its predecessor entities, BT Alex. Brown and Alex. Brown Sons. Mr. Ray served on the board of directors of Allergan, Inc. from 2003 to 2015 since 2015.
