Dr. John O. Agwunobi, M.D., is no longer Independent Director of the Company with effective May 2019. He currently serves as chief health and nutrition officer of Herbalife Ltd., a New York Stock Exchangetraded global nutrition company. He previously served as the senior vicepresident and president of Health and Wellness of WalMart Stores, Inc. from September 2007 to April 2014, where he was responsible for all health related businesses of WalMart in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. He previously served as the assistant secretary for health in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from 2005 to 2007 as part of the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corporationration and as the secretary of health for the State of Florida from 2001 to 2005 since 2014.
