Mr. Lawrence F. Metz is President, Chief Executive Officer, General Counsel, Secretary of Maiden Holdings Ltd., effective September 1, 2018. Mr. Metz has served in that role since February 2016, and served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from June 2009 to February 2016. Mr. Metz is also a director and secretary of several of our wholly owned subsidiaries.
