He also served as President and General Manager of Lilly France President and General Manager of Eli Lilly do Brasil Ltd and Managing Director of Lilly Sweden . Mr. Tapiero joined Lilly in 1983 as a financial analyst, and held several financial management, sales and marketing management positions in the United States, Switzerland and France. Mr. Tapiero is a senior advisor to McKinsey and Company Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products practice, and a director of Esteve Spain .
