Mr. Rodell A. Garcia was Chief Technology Adviser and Group Director for Corporationrationrate Information Technology of Manila Water Co. Inc. Mr. Garcia was in the IT industry for over years. He joined Manila Water in September 2012 to oversee the transformation of the companys information and communications technology. Mr. Garcia also spent 22 years in the banking industry, having worked in various capacities in companies such as Citytrust Banking Corporationrationration, where he last held the position of Vice President of Corporationrationrate Technology Division, and DBS Bank Philippines as Executive Vice President of Information Technology since 2015.
