During his more than 30 years with the Group, he was Managing Director of TM International Bangladesh Limited, GM Business Strategy, TM Retail and Chief Strategy Officer of Telco Strategy Division, the CEO of Telekom Sales and Services Sdn Bhd as well as State GM for Penang and Melaka. He then assumed the position of VP, Customer Service Management in 2008 and was later appointed VP, Programme and Performance Management Office in July 2010. Ahmad was appointed the Chief Corporationrationrate and Regulatory Officer on 1 October 2010. since 2010.
