Ms. Marie Elisabeth Ehrling was Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of Nordea Bank AB since 2011. She was Director of the Company since April 13 2007. She is Chairman of the Company Remuneration Committee. She is also Board Chairman of TeliaSonera AB and Member of the Boards of Directors at Securitas AB Axel Johnson AB Center for Advanced Studies of Leadership at Handelshogskolan in Stockholm and the Advisory Board Stockholm School of Economics. In addition she is Member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences . She was previously Chief Executive Officer of TeliaSonera Sverige AB from 2003 to 2006. She worked for the SAS Group from 1982 to 2002 on such posts as Deputy CEO of SAS Group Head of SAS Airline and other Executive positions. She served as Information Officer at the Ministry of Finance from 1980 to 1982 and at the Ministry of Education from 1979 to 1980 and she was Financial Analyst at Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund from 1977 to 1979. She obtained a BS degree in Economics from Handelshogskolan i Stockholm in 1977. since 2011.

AURUBIS Leadership Team
