He was previously a member of the managing board of The KowloonCanton Railway Corporationrationration, Hong Kong. Mr. Ng is a graduate of University of East Asia, Graduate College, Macau and holds a diploma in Chinese Law. since 2013.

Nine Dragons Paper Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Nine Dragons' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Nine Dragons inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Nine.
