Mr. Knut Saeberg was Chief Executive Officer of North Energy ASA since 2016 and Chief Financial Officer since March 2009. He was Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Company from April 30, 2015 till 2016. He joined the Company from Optimera group where he was Chief Financial Officer since 2002 with main focus on restructuring and acquisition. Prior to this, he had been Chief Financial Officer in NMD ASA and was important in the company reorganization in the wake of the deregulation of the pharmaceutical market. From 1984 until 1995, he had different positions in Shell, working inter alia with the establishment of the business organization in the Troll project. He holds a MS degree in Economics and Business Administration from Kristiansand from 1984. since 2016.
