Dr. William J. Schneider is Independent Director of Nuveen Premium Income Municipal Fund 2 Inc. Mr. Schneider is currently Chairman, formerly Senior Partner and Chief Operating Officer of MillerValentine Partners Ltd., a real estate investment company. He was formerly a Director and Past Chair of the Dayton Development Coalition. He was formerly a member of the Community Advisory Board of the National City Bank in Dayton as well as a former member of the Business Advisory Council of the Cleveland Federal Reserve Bank. Mr. Schneider is a member of the Business Advisory Council for the University of Dayton College of Business. Mr. Schneider was an independent Trustee of the Flagship Funds, a group of municipal openend funds. He also served as Chair of the Miami Valley Hospital and as Chair of the Finance Committee of its parent holding company
Schneider has a BS in Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Dayton.
