From February 2008 until January 2014, Mr. White served as Director of Financial Reporting for Cooper Industries where he was responsible for corporate accounting and external reporting. From July 2004 until February 2008, he served as Vice President and Corporationrationrate Controller of MMI Products, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. White held various audit positions with Ernst Young LLP. Mr. White is a Certified Public Accountant. since 2019.
