From 1994 until 2002 he was a director and CFO of Tan Range Exploration Corporationrationration, focused on gold exploration and development throughout East Africa working with groups such as JCI Limited, Barrick Gold Corporation and Newmont Mining Corporationrationration. He was a cofounder of Lake Shore Gold Corporationration and served as CFO from September 13, 2006 to August 7, 2008 and currently serves as a director. Mr. Hallam also has experience in oil gas exploration and development. He was previously an auditor with Coopers and Lybrand, specialized in their Mining Practice. He is a chartered accountant and has a degree in business administration from Simon Fraser University. since 2019.
