Alison has a first class honours degree in Management Studies from Waikato University and a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University. Alison is a member of the Regulatory Governance Committee and a member of the Board of wholly owned NZX subsidiary New Zealand Clearing and Depository Corporation Limited. since 2012.

NZX Limited Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the NZX's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: NZX inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of NZX. The board's role is to monitor NZX's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
