Mr. N. David Bleisch is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporationrationrate Secretary of the company. Mr. Bleisch was appointed as our Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporationrationrate Secretary in September 2017. Prior to joining us, Mr. Bleisch was Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for The ADT Corporation from September 2012 through May 2016, where he managed the legal, environmental, health and safety, government affairs and corporate governance matters. Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Bleisch served in several leadership roles at Tyco International before being appointed Vice President and General Counsel of Tyco Security Solutions. Before joining Tyco, Mr. Bleisch was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporationrationrate Secretary of The LTV Corporationrationration. Before LTV, Mr. Bleisch was a partner with Jackson Walker LLP. since 2017.

ODP Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the ODP's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: ODP inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of ODP. The board's role is to monitor ODP's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. ODP's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects.
