Ms. Janet Schijns serves as Senior Vice President Services Copy, Print and Tech of the Company. Ms. Schijns was appointed as our Executive Vice President, Chief Merchandising and Services Officer in January 2018. Ms. Schijns joined us in July 2017 as Senior Vice President, Chief Merchandising and Services Officer. Prior to joining us, Ms. Schijns served as Chief Channel Executive and Vice President of Verizon Business Markets from December 2016 until July 2017, Vice President Global Channels and Alliances of Verizon Enterprise Solutions from February 2016 to December 2016 and Chief Marketing Technologist and Vice President of VES from January 2012 to February 2016. Ms. Schijns also previously held several leadership roles at Motorola Enterprise Mobility Solutions, The JS Group, Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, First Fidelity and LOreal. Ms. Schijns served on the board of Cloud Girls, a notforprofit community of female technology advocates, and Verizon WAVE Women at Verizon. since 2017.

ODP Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the ODP's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: ODP inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of ODP.
