Mr. Peter Umundum is Member of the Management Board and Head Parcel Logistics Division at Oesterreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft since April 1, 2011. He is responsibe for the fulfilment solutions, webshop order management, valuable goods and cash transport, online and ECommerce service, the Parcel Logistics Division, which operates its own subsidiaries in nine European countries. Moreover, he is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the European transport network EURODIS. Following studies in Computer Science at Technische Universitaet Graz, Mr. Umundum commenced his professional career in 1988 at Steirerbrau AG, where he assumed managerial responsibility for software development and the Organization and Computing Department. In 1994, Mr. Umundum moved to Styria Medien AG as Head of Information Technology and just two years later was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the subsidiary Media Consult Austria GmbH. In 1999, he acted as one of the founders and CEO of redmail. In 2001, Mr. Umundum became Managing Director of the Die Presse daily newspaper and three years later he joined the Executive Management of the Kleine Zeitung daily newspaper. In 2005, Mr. Umundum moved to Austrian Post as one of the Managing Directors of the Letter Division, one of the companys business area. since 2011.
