Mr. Viktor Georgievich Martynov has held the position of Independent Member of the Board of Directors at Gazprom PAO, since 2013. Apart from his current duties at the Company, he has acted as Rector at Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, since 2008. In 2004, he was appointed its Head of the Geophysical Information Systems Department. From 2001 to 2008, he acted as First Prorector of Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, Director of HR Development Issues in Fuel Energy Sector Institute. Between 1987 and 2003, he was Director of the Central Interindustry Institute for Professional Development of Oil Gas Managers and Specialists in New Technology Areas he was Gubkin Moscow Institute of the Petrochemical and Gas Industry. Between 1977 and 1987, he served as Junior, senior researcher of Gubkin Moscow Institute of the Petrochemical and Gas Industry since 2013.
