Mr. Vladimir Konstantinovich Markov has held the position of Member of the Management Board at Gazprom PAO, since January 2012. Since 2015, he has occupied the post of the Company Head of Department No 613. Between January 2012 and 2014, he served as Head of the Department for Relations with the Russian Federation Authorities at the Company. Between 1993 and 1996, he was Deputy Mayor and then Mayor of the City of Ryazan. Between 1996 and 1999, he acted as First Deputy Head of the Ryazan Oblast Administration. From 1999 to 2007, he was Director General of Ryazanregiongaz. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2011, he was Member of the Russian Federation State Duma, Member of the Committee for Energy since 2015.
