Mr. William D. Pearce is Non Executive Director of the company. He has served on our Board of Directors since March 2013. Mr. Pearce previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Foresight Medical Technology LLC, a privately held medical devices company, from 2007 to 2008, Chief Marketing Officer at Taco Bell Corporationration, a fast food restaurant company and subsidiary of the publicly traded firm Yum Brands, Inc., from 2004 to 2007, and Vice President Marketing at Campbell Soup Company, a publicly traded food manufacturer, from 2003 to 2004 since 2017.

Ooma Inc Leadership Team
