Mr. Mauro Gambaro serves as NonExecutive Independent Director of Piaggio C. S.p.A. since April 13 2012. Following a number of experiences with Morgan Vonwiller bank and Banque Paribas in 1987 he is part of a team of managers which with the Banche Popolari of the Arca Nord Est group establishes Arca Merchant. In Arca Merchant he occupies the role of Corporationrationrate Finance Director. In 1998 after having managed the acquisition on behalf of Banca Antonveneta he became General Manager of Interbanca a position he held until 2004. In 2004 he became Chief Executive Officer of FC Internazionale Milano a position he held until 2006. He is the Italian Representative of Paul nCapital NY. He is also Senior Advisor of K Finance. In the course of his professional career he has worked for more than 30 years on financial and capital market issues as well as VC investments. He is Director of IMMSI Spa and Marsilli Co Spa. since 2012.
