Mr. Bruno Augusto Sacchi Zaremba serves as the Member of the Board of Directors of PDG Realty SA Empreend e Participacoes. He is an alternate member of the Companys Audit Board. He is currently an alternate member of the Audit Boards of Equatorial Energia S.A. and Companhia Energtica do Maranho CEMAR. With a Degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University in Rio de Janeiro he also holds CFA certification. since 2015.
