Mr. Gilberto Sayao da Silva serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PDG Realty SA Empreendimentos e Participacoes. Previously he was Partner at Banco Pactual responsible for the areas of investment corporate finance and hedge funds. Between 1998 and 2009 he served on the Executive Committee of Banco Pactual and previously at Banco UBS Pactual participating in strategic and corporate decisions and as Chairman of the bank. From 2006 to 2009 he was Officer of UBS Pactual Gestora de Investimentos Alternativos Ltda. He started his career at Banco Pactual in 1993 in the area of financial computer systems development and became Partner in 1995. He is Member of the Board of Directors of several companies including Equatorial Energia SA Companhia Energetica do Maranhao CEMAR and Companhia Siderurgica Nacional. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Rio de Janeiro .
