He is a lawyer with 20 years of experience in private practice and public service. He was a partner in Dewey Ballantine law firm, and then a managing partner in the Warsaw office of T. Studnicki K. Pleszka Z. Ciakalski J. Gorski law firm. Between 2007 and 2009 he held a position of the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Justice. He became involved in the Kulczyk Investments group in January 2013. As an external counselor he took part in creating Kompania Piwowarska, sale of TUiR Warta shares, and in selling shares in automotive companies.
