Dr. Jeronimo Antunes serves as Interim Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Antunes was a member of our board of directors since May, 2016. He is currently an accounting professor in FEAUSP, where he was a professor since 1999. He was a professor of several MBA and accounting, auditing, finance and business management courses at FIPECAFI USP since 2000 and also teaches at other higher education institutions. He is also a member of the board of directors and a coordinator of the audit committee for Petrobras Distribuidora and Basic Sanitation Utility Company of the State of Sao PauloSabesp since 2019.
