Mr. Steven P. Richardson serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Richardson is currently a Corporationrationrate Director. Mr. Richardson was a member of the Board of Directors of RONA Inc. from 2013 to 2016 and served as a member of the Audit Committee starting in 2013, the Human Resource and Compensation Committee starting in 2014, and various strategic review committees between 2013 and 2016. From 2010 to 2013, he was a member of the Board of Directors, as well as Chair of the Corporationrationrate Governance and Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee of Sterling Shoes Inc., and a director of easyhome Ltd. From June 2011 to December 2011 including CoChair of its Compensation Committee, chair of its Special Committee and member of its Audit Committee. As a member of Parklands Audit Committee, Mr. Richardson is considered financially literate. since 2017.

Parkland Fuel Leadership Team
