Mr. Povl Christian Lutken Frigast has served as Independent First Deputy Chairman of the Board of PANDORA AS since March 18, 2015. He previously served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Pandora AS. He was Member of the Board of the Company since August 2010. He is also Chairman of the Company Nomination Committee and Member of the Company Remuneration Committee. He has experience in general management and active involvement in a number of retail and other companies. He serves as Managing Partner of Axcel Management AS and Chief Executive Officer of Axcel III KS Invest ApS, Axcel IndustriInvestor AS, CCTC Invest ApS, MPAX I Invest ApS, MPAX II Invest ApS and MNGT1 ApS. Furthermore, he is currently Chairman of the Boards of Directors of Axcel II Management AS, Axcel II AS, AX NO INVEST ApS, AXNO INVCO ApS, AX IV EXHAUSTO INVEST ApS, AXIII MP Holding ApS, MANAGEMENT INVCO AS, KIFUAX II AS and MNGT2 ApS. In addition, He is Deputy Chairman of the Boards of Directors of Royal Scandinavia AS and DVCA Danish VC and Private Equity Association. He is also a Member of the Boards of Directors of Axcel Management AS, Nordic Waterproofing AB and CCTC Invest ApS.
