Ms. Jane R. LewisRaymond is Senior Vice President Chief Legal Compliance and External Relations Officer of Piedmont Natural Gas Co Ltd. since March 2014. Prior to this appointment Ms. LewisRaymond served as Senior Vice President General Counsel Corporationrationrate Secretary and Chief Compliance and Community Affairs Officer since 2011.
