Mr. E. Floyd Kvamme is no longer Independent Director of Power Integrations, Inc., effective May 17, 2019. Mr. Kvamme has served as a director of Power Integrations since September 1989 and was elected nonexecutive Chairman of the Board in April 2011. Mr. Kvamme has served as a director of more than 15 companies in the semiconductor, software and opticalsystems markets, including National Semiconductor Corporationrationration, Photon Dynamics, Inc., a publicly traded provider of products and services to flatpanel display manufacturers, and a number of other publicly traded companies including TriQuint Semiconductor, Brio, Lotus, Harmonic, MiniStor and Bachman Information Systems. He currently serves on the board of Harmonic Inc., a broadband optical networking and digital video systems company. From 1984 through 2008, Mr. Kvamme was a general partner of Kleiner Perkins Caufield Byers, a venturecapital company
