Mr. McBride has also been Chairman of the board of directors of Stamps.com since January 2012. From August 2012 through January 2014, Mr. McBride served on the board of directors of LegalZoom.com, Inc., the leading provider of Internetbased legal services for small businesses and consumers, where he also served as the chairman of the audit committee, and as a member of the compensation committee. Mr. McBride holds a bachelors degree, with honors, and a masters degree, in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University since 2015.
