Mr. Stark is also a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Stark knowledge of financial and accounting matters qualifies him to serve on the Company Audit Committee and his independence from the Company, PCM and Prospect Administration enhances his service as a member of the Nominating and Corporationrationrate Governance Committee. Mr. Stark is also a member of Mount Saint Mary Academy Finance Committee.
