Mr. Piotr Stanislaw Alicki no longer serves as Vice Chairman of the Management Board in charge of IT and Services of Powszechna Kasa Oszczednosci Bank Polski SA effective as of October 30 2016. He has held this position since November 2 2010. He was President of the IT Architecture Committee Vice President of IT Security Committee Member of the Strategy Committee First Vice President of the Operational Risk Committee Member of the Risk Committee and Member of the Data Quality Committee. He started his career in 1987 in Zaklady Systemow Automatyki MERAMONT in Poznan. From 1990 to 1998 he worked for Pomorski Bank Kredytowy SA w Szczecinie. In 1999 he joined Bank Pekao SA where he has worked since then. He took part in the information technology integration of Pekao SA PBKS SA BDK SA and PBG SA and he also pareticipated in the preparation of the integration of Pekao SA with BPH SA. Since May 2011 he was Member of Visa Europe Limited Board of Directors where he represents PKO Bank Polski SA other banks from Poland and seven countries of the Subregion. On December 10 2010 he was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Inteligo Financial Services SA where he was performing the function of Deputy Chairman of the companys Supervisory Board since May 30 2011. He was Chairman of Electronic Banking Council functioning in the Polish Bank Association since October 11 2011. He was Member of the Supervisory Board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny SA since October 6 2014. He graduated from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu Faculty of Mathematics and Physics. since 2010.
