Lt. Gen. Dr. H. Sutiyoso serves as a Commissioner of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk since April 23, 2014. He has served on the National Police Force of the Republic of Indonesia. He holds Bachelor of Law from Sekolah Tinggi Hukum Militer, Doctorate in Politics from Busan University and Doctorate in Economics from Universitas Diponegoro. Currently, he also serves as President Commissioner of PT Semen Indonesia Tbk. He served as the Governor of Jakarta for 10 years and as Head of National Intelligent Institution . He spent his military career mainly in Special Forces Command, his last position was Deputy Commander General. In addition, he also served as Commander of Korem 062 Surya Kencana, Bogor and Commander of Jakarta Military District Command . since 2014.

PT Lippo Karawaci Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the PT Lippo's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: PT Lippo inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of PTLKF. The board's role is to monitor PT Lippo's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
