Ms. Teresa Rubio was appointed as Treasurer of PTS Inc., effective July 14, 2010. Ms. Rubio brings over 40 years of entrepreneurial experience in financial markets with focus on business management, administration and accounting in Canada, Spain and Argentina. Ms. Rubio began working at one of the top retail stores in Argentina while continuing her studies in the field of Accounting where she gained experience in the areas of bookkeeping, accounting, and controlling. From 1974 to 1980 Ms. Rubio after graduating as an accountant, she moved to Canada to pursue her career in her field of specialty by working at a Technology and Consulting Firm, where she gained technical experience and acquired a high degree of management as well as organizational skills. From 1980 to 1983 Ms. Rubio moved to Spain to be with her family and worked for a food manufacturing plant doing accounting. From 1980 to 2000 Ms. Rubio went off to pursue other interest in the Ministry of Education since 2010.

PTS Inc Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the PTS's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: PTS inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of PTS. The board's role is to monitor PTS's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. PTS's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects. On the other hand, PTS's outside directors are responsible for providing unbiased perspectives on the board's policies.
