Mr. Tysoe is a member of the board of directors of Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc., a publiclytraded media and broadcasting enterprise, where he serves as chairman of the audit committee and as a member of the compensation committee. He is also a member of the board of directors of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, a publiclytraded commercial banking company, and serves as chairman of its audit committee and a member of the corporate governance committee. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Tysoe was a member of the board of directors of Retail Opportunity Investment Corporationrationration, a real estate investment trust. Mr. Tysoe also served as a member of the board of directors of Ohio Casualty Corporationrationration, a property and casualty insurance company, from 2006 to 2007
Tysoe earned Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law degrees from the University of British Columbia in 1977 and 1978, respectively.
