From September 1999 until November 2004, Mr. Martindale was Principal of Martindale Development Group, L.L.C. From September 1999 until July 2003, Mr. Martindale was Managing DirectorCEO of Orchard Street, Inc., a privately held specialty food retailer which he founded and owned. Mr. Martindale was Executive Vice President of Sales and Procurement with Fred Meyer, Inc. from January 1998 until September 1999 and was Senior Vice President of Sales and Procurement with Smith Food Drug Centers, Inc. from June 1996 until January 1998. Mr. Martindale currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Chain Drug Stores.
