Mr. Graham M. Weston was appointed as NonExecutive Chairman of the Board of Rackspace Hosting Inc. He was Chairman of the Board provided seed capital for the formation of our business in December 1998 and acted as our Chairman or CoChairman since that time and as our Chief Executive Officer from July 1999 to August 2006. Mr. Weston was again appointed to the Chief Executive Officer role in February 2014 and served through September 2014 at which time William Taylor Rhodes was appointed Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Weston has led the creation of and managed a number of startup ventures and has had an ownership interest andor managed various real estate companies including Western Properties since 2014.
