Mr. John E. Harper is an Independent Director of Company since February 2015. From 2009 to 2014 Mr. Harper served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dell Services an 8 billion business unit of Dell Inc. Prior to the acquisition of Perot Systems by Dell Harper served as the Chief Financial Officer of Perot Systems Corporation where he was responsible for the companys global financial management activities. He served as the main interface to the investment community oversaw mergers and acquisitions activities and was responsible for the corporations planning accounting and treasury functions since 2015.
