Mr. W. Taylor Rhodes was appointed as President Chief Executive Officer Director of Rackspace Hosting Inc. He is our Chief Executive Officer and President has served as our President since January 2014 and as our Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors since September 2014. Previously Mr. Rhodes served as our Chief Customer Officer from September 2013 to January 2014 and as our Managing Director International from December 2011 to September 2013 since 2014.
