Mr. Norman R. Hames is the President, Chief Operating OfficerWestern Operations and Corporationrationrate Secretary of RadNet Inc. Mr. Hames is the Executive Vice President, Secretary, Chief Operating Officer Western Operations and Director of RadNet Inc. He has served as an executive officer of RadNet since 1996 and currently serves as our Executive Vice President, Chief Operating OfficerWestern Operations and Corporationrationrate Secretary. Applying his 20 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Hames oversees all aspects of our California facility operations. His management team, comprised of regional directors, managers and sales managers, is responsible for responding to all of the daytoday concerns of our California facilities, patients, payors and referring physicians. Prior to joining our Company, Mr. Hames was President and Chief Executive Officer of his own company, Diagnostic Imaging Services, Inc., which owned and operated 14 multimodality imaging facilities throughout Southern California. Mr. Hames gained his initial experience in operating imaging centers for American Medical International, or AMI, and was responsible for the development of AMIs single and multimodality imaging centers since 2017.
