Mr. J. Robinson West serves as Independent Director of Repsol, S.A. since January 28, 2015. He also acts as Member of the National Petroleum Council and Vice President Emeritus of the Institute of Peace United States, among others. He is an internationally renowned personality especially in the field of gas and oil. He served in the Ford administration as deputy assistant secretary of defense for international economic affairs and received the Secretary of Defense Medal for Outstanding Civilian Service. He is currently Senior Adviser of Energy National Security Program at the Center for Strategic International Studies in Washington DC. He founded the international group PFC Energy, and has held several positions in the White House in different administrations. In 1984, he founded PFC Energy, a company of which he was also president until 2013. He holds a Bachelors degree from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and Jurist Doctor degree from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia. since 2015.
