Mr. Madore served as Senior Vice President of Finance of the Company from December 2010 through March 2015 and was Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer of the Companys retail division from 2004 to December 2010. From 2001 to 2003 Mr. Madore was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Futurebrand a division of Mccann Ericsson Worldwide. Prior to that he held various executive management positions at Nine West Group Inc. starting in 1995.
