Mr. Weaving was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cendants Real Estate Division from September 2001 until our separation from Cendant in July 2006. From May 2001 through September 2001 he served as Vice President and Divisional Controller for Cendants Real Estate Division. Mr. Weaving joined Cendant in 1999 as a Vice President of Finance. From 1995 to 1999 Mr. Weaving worked in increasing roles of responsibility for Cambrex Corporation a diversified chemical manufacturer. since 2015.
