Mr. Ryan M. Schneider is the President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company with effective from Dec 31st, 2017. Mr. Schneider served as the Companys President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Schneider served as President, Card of Capital One Financial Corporation, a financial holding company, from December 2007 to November 2016 where he was responsible for all of Capital Ones consumer and small business credit card lines of business in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. Mr. Schneider held a variety of other positions within Capital One from December 2001 to December 2007, including Executive Vice President and President, Auto Finance and Executive Vice President, U.S. Card. From November 2016 until April 2017, he served as Senior Advisor to Capital One. Under the terms of his employment agreement, Mr. Schneider serves as a member of the Board of Realogy since 2017.
