He is also an equity portfolio manager. Rob has 31 years of investment experience, all with Capital Group. Earlier in his career, Rob was an equity investment analyst at Capital covering global mining metals companies and companies domiciled in Mexico and the Philippines.

The board's role is to monitor New Perspective's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. New Perspective's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects. On the other hand, New Perspective's outside directors are responsible for providing unbiased perspectives on the board's policies.
