Mr. Aleksey Telyatnikov has held the position of Vice President IT at Rostelekom PAO, since August 2016. From April 2015 until August 2016 he was Executive Director with Tinkoff Insurance. In 20022015 he held senior executive positions with Rosgosstrakh, CJSC Svyaznoy Bank, and VSK Insurance House, took part in IT transformation projects in Sberbank, AlphaInsurance and MICEX. In 2001 he was IT Director with Alpha Group. At the launch of his career he was in charge of the technology part of projects aimed at deployment of stock market infrastructure in Russia, by leading in 1995 CJSC RTS Technology Center. Thereafter, he was involved in solving IT and business development tasks doing business as one of key executives of major insurance, finance and IT companies. In 1987 Mr. Telyatnikov graduated cum laude from department of radio technology and cybernetics of Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and continued his academic studies and research at the University of Wales under the grant of the Royal Society. since 2016.
