Mr. Mikhail Eduardovich Oseevskiy has served as President Chairman of the Management Board at Rostelekom PAO, since March 4, 2017. Since June 22, 2017 he was Member of the Company Board of Directors. On January 23, 2019 he was appointed Member of the Strategy and Corporationrationrate Governance Committees in the Company. He has wide experience in highranking posts in Russian state and business institutions. From 1986 to 1993, he worked in the Scientific Research Institute of Electrophysical Apparatus . From 1993 to 1999, he was Deputy Director and later Director of the Stock Exchange in St. Petersburg. From 1999, he was a Vice Chairman, and from 2003 First Vice Chairman of the Board Council of the Industrial and Construction Bank in Saint Petersburg. From 2003 to 2011 he worked as a ViceGovernor of St. Petersburg Administration. In 2011 he was appointed DeputyMinister of Economic Development of Russia. From July 2012 to March 2017 he worked as a Deputy President and Chairman of VTB Bank Management Board. Mr. Oseevskiy graduated from the Kalinin Politechnical Institute in 1983 with a degree in Electrical Engineering Electro physics. since 2017.
