He also served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Fertitta Entertainment from April 2011 to May 2016. Mr. Haskins served as Executive Vice President and Secretary of STN from July 2004 and served as General Counsel of STN from April 2002, in each case through June 2011.
