Prior to that Tim spent twelve years at ANZ Bank, including a period as acting general counsel and company secretary. Tim commenced his career as a solicitor in private practice and has also managed his own consulting company. He is Company secretary for the Foundation for AustraliaJapan Studies and a member of the Governance Institute of Australias Legislation Review Committee. since 2013.
