Mr. David F. Denison, O.C, FCPA, FCA, serves as an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Denison is chair of the board of Element Fleet Management Corporationration . He served as president and chief executive officer of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board from 2005 to 2012. Prior to that, he was president of Fidelity Investments Canada Limited. Mr. Denison is a director of Bell Canada and is chancellor of the Canadian Business Hall of Fame. He is also a member of the Investment Strategies Committee, Investment Board and the International Advisory Committee of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, and a member of the International Advisory Council of the China Investment Corporation since 2012.
